Under direct supervision a Teller must demonstrate behaviors critical to ensuring exceptional member service by processing transactions based on member requests and build member relationships by offering products that would benefit them. A Teller must be active in branch success, including sales success, accountability, detail orientation, stress management, problem solving and good judgment, effective communication, teamwork, and initiative.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Function Description
Systems, Tools & Processes:
Teamwork & Development:
- Six months of teller or cash handling
- Six months customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or Finance related field may substitute for experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve
- Ability to engage in problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve member issues.
- Careful attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background screening, including FBI fingerprint search, credit check, education and employment verification
- Military experience
- College degree
- Credit Union experience
- General knowledge of applicable financial industry regulations
