Medical Park Tower is a busy, multi-specialty surgery center located in the heart of Austin, Texas. We have 5 ORs and perform a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures including orthopedics, podiatry, urology, pain management, ophthalmology, and general surgery. We are a strong and stable facility that is associated with Ascension/Seton Healthcare as well as USPI.

Assist the Clinical Director with planning, organizing, scheduling department workload, and making daily work assignments. Assist the Clinical Director with departmental employees by providing daily performance feedback to employees as required, gives input into performance appraisals, conducts quality inspections, participates in interviews, and assists with employee training processes. Ensure safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Medical Park Tower Surgery Center policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
* Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing. * Baccalaureate degree preferred. * Five (5) years experience in surgery as circulator * Two (2) years experience in surgery management which includes pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care. * Current Texas RN License- BLS * CNOR preferred- Independent decision making skills. * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. * Previous experience in a charge or managerial role. * Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
