    Due to exponential growth, Emergo by UL is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join the team in Austin, Texas.


    The Inbound Sales Representative is an integral member of the Emergo by UL sales team. Under general supervision by the Sales Manager, the Inbound Sales Representative will help drive sales to new and existing clients by performing the following activities:

    • Allocation of inbound leads
    • Follow up with new and existing customers
    • Working internally to help scope projects
    • Proposal development
    • Fostering new leads by sending proposals, answering market specific questions and following up on services
    • Responding effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues
    • Maintains up to date knowledge regarding global medical device regulations and new services offered by Emergo
    • Continued education via UL University and other professional development courses



    • Hold a college degree
    • 1-3 years customer service and/or sales experience
    • Thrives working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Organized and has a high attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask
    • Competitive
