The Salesforce Developer is intendedto drive the Technical side of the integrated solutions provided to ourclients. The Developer must be passionate about solving businesschallenges and determining solutions. This position will analyze, design,develop, configure, integrate and launch new solutions and changes to existingsolutions. This role will work heavily with Management, Operations, Clients andother development teams to accomplish the goals for multiple implementations.
Ability to identify, build and integrate varioustechnologies to provide client solutions and associate applications usingSalesForce.com and other technologies
- Create high quality solutions for clients
Develop solutions based on specifications as indicated indesign
Create and maintain positive relationships with multipleinternal groups to support on-going project development
Work and collaborate with project teams consisting of theProfessional Services staff, client resources, contract resources and 3rdparty vendors.
Participate in all appropriate product, sales, andprocedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledgenecessary to be effective in the position.
Achieve and Maintain Service Cloud Consultant and DeveloperCertifications
Ability to effectively deliver results on severaldevelopment projects in the same sprints
B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS orequivalent work experience
2-3 years of Implementation, Design, and Configurationexperience within Salesforce is required
Experience with Salesforce platform - Sales/Service cloud,Force.com, Administration/Configuration, Apex, Force.com APIs, data loads
Basic understanding of the overall Architecture ofSalesforce platform
- Experience with Agile methodology
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technicalproblems in varied political and geographic environments
- Ability to travel up to 25%
