What You'll be Doing 

You will work with our growing Global Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering team to sustain our 14  Global Data Centers.  You will work in our hybrid public / private cloud offering to both the Private and Public Sector.  You will work with team members in a dynamic environment where the group is highly visible within the TTEC organization.  If you can envision yourself working with cutting edge technology daily and growing your technical skills 24/7, TTEC has that long-term opportunity. 


On a typical day, you'll: 

  • Monitor/ maintain performance & capacity for our global data centers and corporate office networks to ensure maximum efficiency and operational uptime 

  • Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members to help improve technical skills 

  • Manage multiple projects/tasks and work calmly under pressure 

  • Work with vendors and cross-functional teams for on-going design efforts and systems support 

  • Periodically develop and deliver training related material 

  • Participate in an on-call/standby rotation and is expected to respond after hours for service restoration, troubleshooting and/or repair of all necessary equipment during rotation 

  • Handle scheduled maintenance on networking equipment, such as software and equipment upgrades and assist with maintenance related tasks 

Why You? What You Bring  

  • 4 years' experience in network design, implementation, and support of complex LAN/WAN environments carrying VoIP and data 

  • Advanced troubleshooting and support experience of network solutions that include:??Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Cisco ASA Appliances, Multi-Tenant Environments, multiple network carriers, and Voice Over IP 

  • Experience with QOS and network virtualization 

  • College Degree preferred but not required 

  • CCIE Routing & Switching or CCIE Service Provider preferred but not required 

  • Experience with Cisco Nexus switches 7000/5000 series 

  • Experience with Cisco ASA 5500 series 

  • Site to Site based VPN Tunnels 

  • Remote Access client-based VPN Tunnels 

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network related issues with little to no guidance 

  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of the following technologies: 

    • STP (spanning tree) 
    • TCP/IP fundamentals 
    • IP subnetting 
    • Routing Protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF) 
    • Routing between VRFs (Virtual Routing and Forwarding) 

    • Contexts (ASA & Nexus) 

    • QOS 
    • IP SLA 
    • Netflow 
    • Understanding of the following technologies is a plus but not required:? 

    • Virtualization environments and tools such as VMWare, vCenter, vCenter Orchestra , Linux
