RRC - Salesforce Developer/Programmer V

Performs complex (journey-level) Salesforce/SFDC customization, configuration and development work. Thoroughunderstanding of Salesforce architecture and API; analyzing proposedapplications; and providing technical development assistance. Moderate background in Salesforce SaaS/CRM platform as wellas Salesforce as a platform (PaaS) customizations, including Apex, Visualforcepages, and lightning components, and bug fixing. Experience in development bestpractices throughout the deployment cycle, working with sandbox environments. Work involves assisting in the planning, scheduling, andassigning of development projects. May assign and/or supervise the work ofothers. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use ofinitiative and independent judgment. May allow telecommuting for this position.
Essential Job Duties
Performs the development of processes, diagramsand flowcharts used to represent operations and data flow for applications.
Performs the detailed analyses, designs, plans,diagrams, and verification procedures for existing and proposed applications.
Acts as a subject matter expert for Salesforcedevelopment, configuration, integration, and customization of fields, objectsand workflows.
Communicates and collaborates with other technicalresources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creativesolutions.
Performs ongoing Salesforce administration(create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports,dashboards etc.) and development.
Ability to support Salesforce.com configurationtasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals.
Designs, develops, tests, documents, and deploys highquality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry bestpractices as well as business needs.
Implements improvements and new functionality inSFDC application.
Implements exports and report information out ofSalesforce.
Ability to work with Tableau, Microsoft BI orsimilar data visualization tools.
Delivers support and solutions for break/fixissues.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to allsecurity, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls.
Creates and maintains a library of design/developedcampaign templates.
Exceptional communication skills; ability tocommunicate with internal customers, troubleshoot bugs and offer technicalsupport as needed for Salesforce/CRM platform.
Works through development bugs and challenges andkeeps coming up with solutions.
Assists in the generation or installation ofsystems software.
May prepare instructions and procedures for useduring implementation of software modifications, system modifications and/ornew products.
Performs related work as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer science, business, or a closely related field.
- 1 or more years of Salesforce systems implementation experience.
- 1 or more years of experience building custom APEX and Visualforce solutions.
- 1 or more years of experience with Salesforce, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functional and application design
- Total years of experience may run concurrently.
Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Workflows, Triggers, REST API.
Experience with working with Tableau, Microsoft BI or similar data visualization tools.
Experience with Exporting, Reporting and Publishing information from Salesforce.
Salesforce Developer Certification.
Salesforce Administration and Configuration Experience (Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, etc.).
Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes, Integrations and Application Development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership, prioritization, and analytical skills
Proven ability to design and optimize technical systems in support of organizational process
Good understanding of Database technologies such as SQL and relational database schema design
Experience leading technical requirements gathering and building solutions from those requirements
Ability to work Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional flexible hours, weekend, and or holidays.
