    Texas Capital Bank is currently hiring for a variety of positions to support our digital banking offering. Our digital bank will expand upon our reputation for premier client experience, engaging new customers in new and exciting ways. We are looking for team members who embody our culture, are driven by purpose and motivated by innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Take lead on establishing Agile principles within new business unit
    • Responsible for coaching and coordinating across all functional agile squads
    • Custodian for overall product delivery within target deadlines
    • Manage interdependencies between all squads, and fix all roadblocks that may risk successful product delivery
    • Support the Platform Owners in refining and grooming the product backlog
    • Plan and organize all agile ceremonies
    • Ensure the agile processes are being followed as planned

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of proven experience with guiding teams and organizations on effective execution of agile/ scrum practices with customer in mind
    • CSP-SM certification required
    • Experience with technology integrations and digital/ mobile/ API construct strongly preferred
    • Digital banking experience preferred
    • Experience with the use of agile/Scrum tools such as Jira and Confluence
    • Ability to own the organization of the Sprint to maintain a single source of truth for squad progress and maintaining constant communication with the entire squad so everyone is aware of goals, progress, and challenges
    • Demonstrated planning skills, ability to plan 2-3 steps ahead of the team and surface hidden risks 2-3 levels deep within the team
    • Ability to work at an abstract level and continuously ‘pivot’ to arrive at the highest impact answer for the client
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
    • Experience and passion for teaching and mentoring others as appropriate
    • Comfortable with a vendor heavy environment and has coordinated across teams to deliver mission critical solutions
    • Ability to build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution
    • Experience in facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
