    Texas Capital Bank is currently hiring for a variety of positions to support our digital banking offering. Our digital bank will expand upon our reputation for premier client experience, engaging new customers in new and exciting ways. We are looking for team members who embody our culture, are driven by purpose and motivated by innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Own and maintain current marketing technology with a core focus on CMS, CRM, marketing automation and advertising platforms
    • Champion new technologies and capabilities to broaden organization’s ability to drive conversion, increase operational efficiency and expand visibility into customer engagements
    • Serve as the SME to internal teams on opportunities to capitalize data and technology to fulfill organizational goals
    • Own business requirements and platform roadmaps to ensure continued alignment with changing business needs and strategy
    • Own the documentation of the marketing systems architecture in collaboration with the IT team and drives the assessment of marketing systems and the development of a strategic technology roadmap
    • Ensure appropriate controls, policies and processes are in place to secure platforms and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards
    • Collaborate with Data Engineers and other stakesholders to ensure quality of data is upheld and able to be leveraged accordingly
    • Partner with vendors and systems integration partners to implement new platforms, manage releases and build connectors

    Qualifications

    • 5 – 6 years of relevant experience required
    • BBA in Marketing, BA in Computer Science, or relevant degree preferred
    • Passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive performance
    • Proven understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem (e.g. data router, CDP, CMS, ESP, ad tech, analytics) and how it is evolving, with a focus on data and mobile capabilities
    • Knowledge of data technologies including Azure and AWS
    • Strategy development, implementation support and change management for releases or new technology rollouts
    • Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise
    • Basic SQL abilities required
    • API management experience preferred
    • Successful track record of working with various technology solutions and leading tech development projects
    • Digital marketing experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across the organization at all levels
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and build partnerships with technology vendors and SI partners
