    Texas Capital Bank is currently hiring for a variety of positions to support our digital banking offering. Our digital bank will expand upon our reputation for premier client experience, engaging new customers in new and exciting ways. We are looking for team members who embody our culture, are driven by purpose and motivated by innovation.


    • Lead relationship with external agencies, building strong partnerships to ensure deliver of strong marketing programs
    • Develop inspirational creative and campaign briefs, and guide the development process accordingly
    • Partner with Director of Marketing in developing the brand strategy, consistently driving brand equity across all audiences
    • Work with internal stakeholders to analyze key business challenges in order to create advertising & communications strategies that drive performance
    • Own project performance materials to share with team and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders
    • Work closely with the customer insights and analytics teams to understand the customer decision journey and develop actionable insights to support creative strategy
    • Partner with digital, social, PR, product and analytics teams to ensure full creative and strategic alignment across owned and paid media channels
    • Manage marketing budgets efficiently within campaigns and across agencies


    • BBA or BA in relevant degree required
    • 4 years experience in marketing and/or communications
    • Creative agency experience strongly preferred
    • Self-starter, strategic thinker and empathetic marketer with a creative approach to solving problems
    • Excellent project management skills with proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish
    • Superior verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights
    • Experience collaborating with cross functional project teams
