SRS Dallas is expanding our team, and we are seeking qualified candidates that desire to be part of building something special. Specifically, we are seeking professionals with a background in tenant representation, landlord representation or investment sales. Our brokers enjoy competitive splits and unlimited upside potential. Health insurance benefits are also available. (Brokers are compensated by commissions only)
Principal Responsibilities – Tenant Representation

  • Work with current and prospective retail tenants to win new business
  • Show spaces, qualify prospective spaces, and negotiates new leases and lease renewals
  • Using our research department’s advanced technologies, put together strategic site selection packages for client tours
  • Manage transactions to save clients time, get to grand openings faster and results in better bottom lines

Principal Responsibilities – Landlord Representation

  • Work with current and prospective retail landlords to win new business
  • Cold call and qualify prospective tenants, and negotiate new leases and lease renewals
  • Analyze existing centers’ retailers to fill spaces with tenants that strengthen merchandising mix
  • Prepares, analyzes, and presents leasing activity reports to landlords

Principal Responsibilities – Investment Sales

  • Originate, direct the marketing of, negotiate and close commercial real estate sale assignments, and/or equity joint ventures
  • Develop and maintain long-term industry relationships with private and institutional owners, investors, and service providers to promote new business development
  • Work closely within the local markets, engaging sellers and purchasers of commercial real estate
  • Market properties for a variety of customers including REITS, private equity funds, private investment companies, lenders, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Real Estate license required
  • 7+ years' experience as a salesman/commercial real estate broker
  • Previous retail real estate experience strongly desired
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, strong negotiator, and proven sales track record
  • Self-starter; ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
