We are currently recruiting for Medical Front Office to be a part of our Urgent Care Team in Austin, Texas!!!
The Medical Front Office will be responsible for the registration of patients to the facility in compliance with established policies and payer requirements in a manner that communicates to the patient that their wellbeing is the primary mission of NextCare.
This is a full-time position at our facility on W. William Cannon Dr. & Ridge Oak Rd. in Austin, TX. The clinic hours for this facility are 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. on the Weekends. The schedule will require 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends with occasional holidays.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum two years experience in registration or front office in a physician’s office, hospital emergency department and/or urgent care setting. Typing and computer proficiency in Windows based software.
Skills: Ability to multi-task, provide quality customer service, prioritize and critical thinking
VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent
Training: Customer Service Training; Office/Clerical Training
