Clinic Manager / Practice Manager - Georgetown and Cedar Park


We are currently recruiting for a Clinic Manager/Practice Manager with leadership skills to oversee two of our Urgent Care Clinics one in Georgetown and the other in Cedar Park, TX

We need a strong manager that will be responsible for management of facility resources and staff in compliance with established policies and procedures. This position will also be responsible to assure that the clinic is running smoothly and that patient flow is at the optimum. Leadership and Management skills required.

  • Sales and Marketing Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum of three years previous management experience in healthcare related field, preferably in medical office environment.
  • Strong financial management skills. Typing and computer knowledge.
  • Office Manager Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Managing Multiple sites
  • Medical Assistant or LMRT with Leadership or Management experience

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent

Certification: Current healthcare professional level CPR certification issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety Health Institute or National Safety Council.

VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Minimum of three years previous management experience in healthcare related field, preferably in medical office environment. Strong human resource and financial management skills. Typing and computer knowledge.

Additional Training: Other medical or academic degree. Customer Service, Human Resource and Financial Management training.
