  • Responsibilities

    Position provides analysis and reporting of quality metrics to provide early identification of opportunities for improvement, initiating and collaborating with Operations on business process improvement initiatives. This position will act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

    1)Document and analyze current business processes and determine improvements
    2)Conduct requirement analysis, design, and implementation of business process changes
    3)Extract, aggregates, pivots, reviews, analyzes, and presents data in various formats using advanced features of MS Excel, MS Access, and other software tools
    4)Analyze existing systems, programs, policies, and organizational processes and makes recommendations to operations and call center staff
    5)Manages projects from initiation to implementation, and reviews to determine impacts of projects
    6)Performs other duties as assigned by management

    Education Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

    Education Preferred: Masters a plus.

    Experience Required: Two to four years of professional/related experience in a field with complex, changing business processes.

    Experience Preferred: Preferred experience in Microsoft Visio and Project. Experience with government sponsored health care programs and operations

    Skills / Knowledge Required:
    1.Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing sustainable "best practice" solutions and procedures
    2.Demonstrated knowledge of project management theories, and use
    3.Demonstrated knowledge and work with requirements gathering and analysis
    4.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    5.Survey, research skills and statistical skills including familiarity with data aggregation and data analysis
    6.Ability to follow directions
    7.Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people
    8.Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    9.Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
    10.Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
    11.Desire to take on and master new skills and project areas
    12.Display attention to detail; utilize innovation and resourcefulness in problem solving; and establish and maintain reliability including regular attendance
    13.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
    14.Possess excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills

    Skills / Knowledge Preferred: BPMS

    -Quality and Customer Service 95% average or above for the last 3 months
    -Adherence at least 93% average or above for the last 3 months
    -Attendance: No more than 24 points accrued within the last 90 days
    -Must have no disciplinary actions higher than a verbal warning in the last 3 months
