Hospitality Parking of Austin, TX is looking to hire Valet Attendants to park and retrieve vehicles for our clients' guests. There are both full-time and part-time positions available. This position is paid an hourly base pay plus daily cash tips, with the average combined pay usually averaging at least $14.00/hr. But your hard work and customer service skills play a huge role in your success! Full-time associates are also eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, holiday pay, and paid time off.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A VALET ATTENDANT
As a Valet Attendant, you are the first point of contact for guests of hotels, restaurants, and banquet halls who are our clients. It is because of our amazing associates like you that we are known for our top-notch customer service. You are the face of our company!
Your core responsibility is to park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely. You always welcome guests with a warm smile as you open their doors for them and put them at ease as you take over the responsibility of parking their cars for them. You always treat them and their property with the utmost respect. You are proud of the way you set the stage for the high level of hospitality experienced by guests.
You love meeting new people and getting to be physically active as you run several miles and lift heavy luggage throughout your shift. Who has time to go to the gym anyway? You get it all done at work! You also ensure that guests' departures are smooth and efficient by retrieving their vehicles for them swiftly. Your passion for providing the best possible customer service at all times is why you excel in this position!
QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A VALET ATTENDANT
- Customer service experience
- Physical ability to run 8+ miles in a shift and lift luggage
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
