Position Overview: The Regional Marketing & Philanthropy Director is responsible managing multi market campaigns, partnerships and events to grow brand awareness, customer loyalty and community footprint at the local level.

• Leads, develops and inspires a regional team of Regional Marketing & Philanthropy Managers
• Project manages multi-market marketing campaigns, events, partnerships and community influencers activations
• Oversee execution of strategies for brand enhancing localized community partnerships & elevated events
• Provides new market strategy for new store openings within the region
• Manages a quarterly budget, product/charitable donations and ensure ROI/ revenue goals for district are achieved
• Develops & shares scalable processes for best practices
• Communicates KPI performance and plans to cross-functional stakeholders
• Participates in Regional Calls with Retail DM Team
• Primary KPIs are business growth, as measured by revenue, and increased brand awareness

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
• 10+ years’ relevant experience in marketing, community affairs, business development or a related field
• Strong business sense and understanding of how local marketing efforts can positively impact the P/L
• The ability to strategically network, execute and critically analyze local marketing plans
• A proven ability to define and achieve departmental objectives, strategies and develop plans with achievable timelines
• A solutions-oriented mentality with a data driven approach
• A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaboratively
• Strong executive presence with ability to compel and inspire internal and external audiences
• High commitment to employee growth and development: empowers team and defines success as having a significant impact on other’s careers
• Resourcefulness: you take initiative, have an entrepreneurial approach and can make it happen with minimal direction

• May reside anywhere in the eastern region of the United States
• Ability to travel domestically up to 60% of the time
