Position Overview:


We are searching for a goal orientated, win results Major Account Executive/Senior Account Executive. Ideal candidate has demonstrated increased earnings over selling history and stability-tenure in their past jobs. They must be comfortable calling, meeting and presenting to the C suite. Able to speak to companies in the fortune 1000 and achieve quota through consultative selling.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:    


  • Develops a territory plan
  • Prospects to prospects and existing clients
  • Drives adoption and multi-year agreements
  • Achieves sales quota and company objectives
  • Travels 30%-40% within territory
  • Quarterbacks all activities in an account with extended WorldAware team members   

Experience, Functional and Technical Requirements:  


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 8-10+ years direct solution sales experience is required
  • Proven quota attainment year-over-year



  • Able to carry a new initiative or message to a new audience in a region and build trust, credibility and rapport in a skillful manner
  • Excellent at initiating activity and direction for the team or organization
  • Very skilled in verbal expression. Can deliver the same message using a persuasive style or an authoritative style with equal confidence.
  • Able to set high goals, then works hard with people to achieve those goals
  • Strong tendency to make things happen, rather than waiting for things to happen
  • Makes decisions quickly and takes credit or blame for outcome of decisions
  • Excellent in presentations and demonstration to large or small groups. Poised, confident and engaging messages to any audience
  • Able to use discipline in an appropriate manner to achieve a win-win result
  • High energy level
  • Candidate must have been educated in sales methodologies and sales process. Must demonstrate ongoing sales development  
  • Has proximity to a tier 1 airport
