Job Description

Primary Purpose:

To provide support to the campus with clerical and general office needs. 




       High school diploma or equivalent


       Special Knowledge/Skills:

       Computer literate

       Ability to maintain accurate records

       Good telephone and public relation skills

       Bilingual English/Spanish



       Secretarial/clerical experience


Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Sort, distribute, or deliver mail and other documents.
  2. Update and maintain electronic and hard copy records
  3. Process employee daily recognition submissions
  4. Assist with Spanish translation/interpreting
  5. Greet visitors, answer questions while maintaining a professional and friendly front office.
  6. Reconcile bank statements and submit required monthly reports to the business office.
  7. Maintain cordial and workable relationships with colleagues and other personnel.
  8. Promote positive community relations through effective communications.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
