The Studio Account Group Manager position will be responsible for the management of all Studio accounts and account manager relationships with clients including: account relations, planning, project management, reporting and billing for a wide variety of marketing services. This position is responsible for client successes along with the guidance and performance evaluation of the account management staff.

The Studio Account Group Manager will lead and supervise the Account Managers to ensure the team is best servicing clients by focusing on the following areas:
  • Staff Guidance and Development
  • Client Onboarding: Will participate in new business opportunities and will showcase the account service capabilities of the organization in relation to the wide variety of services offered.
  • Strategy & Media Planning: Will assist both internal and external stakeholders in the strategy and media planning process when needed to ensure plans are in alignment with client goals and with research insights that should guide campaigns.
  • Project Starts: Responsible for fielding client requests, vetting feasibility, alignment of client goals to service requests, and delivery of requests into our project management system in a clear brief that facilitates effective research or creative execution.
  • Project Management: Will manage the process of our marketing services from brief to approval – solving delivery issues that arise, managing budgets, communicating status and milestones, and delivering final work to secure client approvals.
  • Campaign Reporting: Responsible for assisting in the reporting process for campaign effectiveness both internally and externally.
  • Billing: Will produce work logs that report on the billable hours by client and will ensure these hours are entered into our billing system to support revenue and profitability goals.
  • Provide Data and Strategies to Management

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a marketing or business degree, and/or equivalent job related experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing accounts in a marketing or creative field
  • Agency or Fortune 500 experience preferred
  • Proficient in Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and other analysis and visual communication platforms
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and create quality work in volume
  • Analytical and strategic problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
