San Marcos Rehabilitation and Health Care is looking for a full time Assistant Business Office Manager to work closely with the Business Office Manager in our outstanding facility. We are committed to providing an excellent clinical experience for our patients and an amazing work environment for our employees. Assistant Business Office Manager
Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
The Business Office Assistant is primarily responsible for medical billing, but must be willing to learn additional duties such as A/R collections. To ensure that every new admission completed Admission Packet. Supports financial and business office operations at the facility, reports directly to the Business Office Manager.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Medical Billing, preferably in the SNF/LTC setting.
- Professional, positive, and customer service driven.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Must work well independently and part of a team.
- Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
