ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, review, and bill all services timely and accurately
- Track and communicate all billing issues
- Communicate with billing manager when services are not billable
- Communicate with billing manager any authorization issues
- Work with billing manager and AR department to resolve billing delays
- Verify document management records are up to date
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Review denials and coordinate with field on resolving timely
- Perform other duties as assigned.
