    Responsibilities/Qualifications

    COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

    Seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Community Representative. Position will be working out of our Austin Divison in communities north of Austin. Positions available in our Clearwater Ranch Community in the Liberty Hill area and in our Wolf Ranch Community in the Georgetown area.


    This position is part-time; Typically working 16-20 hours a week, on average. If you like people, are outgoing, and possess good organizational and interpersonal skills, this is an excellent opportunity. Duties include greeting the public, answering the phone, setting appointments and other administrative/clerical duties. Basic computer skills are required.

    This is an entry-level position that will assist the onsite Sales Representative in their model home.

    • High school diploma required
    • Customer Service experience required
    • Sales/Retail experience preferred
    • Must have general computer and administrative skills
    • Outgoing, reliable, and friendly
