Job Description
The Pharmacy Operations Senior Coordinator is a subject matter expert for store and field team operations. In this role you will review controlled substance prescriptions filled at retail pharmacies ensure compliance to Federal, State, and CVS policy requirements. You will be predominantly involved in reviewing prescription data as part of the pharmacy Prescription Validation audit. In addition, you may also work on Pharmacy Systems, Process Enhancements, and Store Communication to drive efficiencies in compliance audit completion and analyzing, completing, and communicating required reports.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Pharmacy and/or Compliance experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) experience

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience preferred, using the Pharmacy Dispensing System or providing Pharmacy Systems Support
- Ability to handle complex, detailed, data-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
- Good coordination and communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Aptitude for learning and understanding computer and technical processes
- Working knowledge & proficient user of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to prioritize work and meet required deadlines

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
