Job Description
As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:
-Performing as a Business systems analyst for large toll agencies in Texas and California.
-Performs basic to high complexity tolling system rules and design development.
-Coordinates deliverables and deliverable schedule between vendors and the client.
-Ensures that vendor deliverables are in compliance with contract terms and conditions. Escalates delivery and/or compliance issues to project management as necessary.
-Performs system user acceptance testing and final system startup and go-live activities.
-Develops scope of work, pricing, timing and other related request for proposal documents during pursuit phase.
-Upon project initiation, collaborates with the client to develop tolling system rules and designs of basic to high complexity.
-In collaboration with vendors and the client, performs the implementation of the vendor's selected tolling system.
-Works with the client's tolling staff to perform user acceptance testing of the final system.
-Oversees training of the tolling system operators that will be working on the new tolling system. Performs final system start up, testing, and go live activities.
-Provides technical guidance and training to more junior staff. Mentors more junior staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm. May supervise the work of junior staff on project work.

Minimum Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor's degree in business or finance or related discipline.
-Experience: 10 years of related experience.
-Travel: Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
