Position Summary for Marketing Coordinator

We are recruiting for a leading commercial real estate firm that is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. They will divide their time between creating marketing collateral utilizing Adobe CS and providing administrative support to the VP of Brokerage. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who possesses the specific technical design skills needed to make a difference in the ever-competitive, ever-evolving world of commercial real estate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Create and maintain marketing materials for office, landlord and tenant rep brokers.
•Solicit market data (building, market reports, etc.) and schedule property tours for Tenant Representative (TR) brokers.
•Create compelling high-quality campaigns, brochures and collateral materials including, but not limited to: e-solicitations, brochures, tour books, direct mail, signage, prospect proposals, client follow-up and promotional items.
•Provide administrative support to VP of Brokerage with calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.
•Maintain user databases.
•Expand and manage stock photography, collateral and supply inventory.
•Create, update and maintain aerial and digital maps and stacking plans.
•Create, update, and refine marketing collateral templates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of administrative and marketing experience
Experience in a creative agency, marketing firm, and/or real estate environment is a plus.

Technical Job Experience (required):
Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
