    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Incumbent must have one (1) year of related experience.

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    This position requires some familiarity with or knowledge of 504 and student data. Employees in this position must have demonstrated capability in operating a variety of office and computer equipment and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.

    Employees in this position must be able to read, write, and speak/communicate in English in order to receive and to provide work-related information in a timely manner to other employees, supervisors, principals, school personnel, volunteers and where appropriate, visitors and students.

    JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

    This position provides support to the 504 department in processing and intake of evaluation and related service requests. Student record management is a secondary component of this position. This position also supports inventory and management of technology and curriculum resources.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    § Evaluation request intake and review

    § Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and curriculum materials

    § Student record management

    § Coordinate 504 related service requests

    OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED:

    Perform other related duties as assigned; however, all employees are expected to comply with lawful directives in rare situations driven by need where a team effort is required.

    PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    Work is performed in an office setting. Position requires sitting, standing, lifting and may require travel to campuses. This position may involve rare exposure to blood or body fluids. Regular attendance is required for this position.

    COMPENSATION:
    Duty Days: 209
    Pay Grade: NIS 2
    Starting Salary: $13.95/Hr
