Job Description

Indio Technologies, a Subsidiary of Applied Systems, Inc., is currently searching for a knowledgeable and talented Software Implementation Manager to join our Customer Success division. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an amazing onboarding experience for our customers that will set the stage for their success using Indio’s software platform. You will be responsible for working directly with our customers to identify the necessary activities required to complete each client’s implementation, and follow through to ensure that the activities are performed in a timely, high-quality manner. You will own the client relationship from the point of sale through the completion of the implementation and subsequent hand-off to our Customer Support team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take new clients and transform them into Indio experts and evangelists through consultative training (in person and remote via screen sharing software).
  • Manage all aspects of implementation projects including client satisfaction, project scope, change requests, project status tracking, coordination of internal tasks, and reporting of project KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the Indio organization to connect clients with Product Managers, integration team and Customer Success Managers to further client success.
  • Communicate and document the implementation statuses to management.
  • Design training and integration plans for our clients

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS JOB

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in business or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience implementing solutions, driving customer success and engagement, and helping to solve technical problems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Work experience or familiarity in P&C insurance, and/or commercial insurance experience at a broker or carrier preferred but not required
  • Work experience or training in a SaaS or commercial software product environment preferred but not required
