Job Title: Project Manager II
Location: Austin, TX

This position is to provide support for various programs conducted by Army Research Laboratory (ARL) supporting the basic and applied research.
- 8 years of specialized experience in management analyst role
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Effective analytical skills through strategies development and implementation
- Ability to use independent initiative, good judgement, and decision-making skills when setting priorities
- Broad knowledge of fiscal law and appropriations types
- Working knowledge of business systems such as GFEBS, ATAAPS, DTS sufficient to conduct analysis of budget execution activities
- Effective oral and written communication skills"
Contractor site with 0-10% travel possible.
Strength Demands: Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
