Pflugerville is a rapidly growing city in the Central Texas region. Home to more than 40,000 residents, Pflugerville and the surrounding areas provide many recreational activities.  Pflugerville boasts wonderful sports organizations for youth in baseball, football, and soccer along with beautiful parks,a 180 acre recreational lake with a jogging trail, hike and bike trails, two pools, a recreational center and a well-equipped library.  The community enjoys many annual events together with parades and activities downtown and at the parks.  Deutschen Pfest is held each year in celebration of our City's heritage and community.

 Pflugerville is a central location for employers in the hi-tech industry, such as Dell Computer, Samsung, IBM, Motorola, Applied Materials, Austin Semiconductor, Advanced Micro Devices and similar companies.
