The meetings are at lunch and are very informal to encourage a great exchange of ideas and information. Learning at LunchWhile this is not a standing committee, the purpose of the monthly luncheon at an apartment community is to allow vendors to educate an on-site audience about products and services pertinent to the apartment industry. The chair and co-chair match hosting apartment communities with sponsoring vendors. LegislativeThis committee sets the legislative agenda for the Association by monitoring local legislation, speaking for our industry and promoting the stances of the rental housing industry to local governmental officials. MembershipThe members of this club recruit new members to the association through membership recruitment campaigns and follow-up calls to interested companies. They also contact renewing association members to get feedback on how their membership is working for them and to see if there are ways their membership can be more productive. Lots of great recognition opportunities – not to mention cash and prizes! PromotionsThe “pep squad” of AAA, this committee encourages participation and attendance at the general membership meetings held throughout the year. Contact Us
