Event Description
Ready or not here they come! The Digital Natives are entering the workforce at a time when most companies are looking for a way to regain market momentum. The traditional concept of a physical office for every employee is rapidly being changed. There is a growing number of teleworkers, telecommuters, and virtual employees in most service-related businesses. Up until now, this mainly meant that these workers used remote or home offices, but the rules are rapidly changing as new technology redefines the term "mobile". You will actually touch some of this technology and experience the power of the new mobile worker. We will spend some time discussing the new jobs that have yet to emerge, and examine the kind of human resources needed to capitalize on this change. This will be an interactive session where everyone will have something to do. Bring your cell phones, iPhones and Blackberries.
